Level II Chimney Inspections

Our level II chimney inspections include a full inspection of the entire chimney and fireplace system. Including the firebox, flue, exterior of the chimney, and any other accessible areas such as attics and crawl spaces. We provide a full written including any code or clearance issues or defects. We also do a video scan of the flue if possible. The report will also include clear pictures of all parts of the system that were accessible during the inspection.

Our technician is a Fireplace Investigation research and Education Certified Inspector.

Gas Fireplace Service

Our gas fireplace services include cleaning of the firebox and control area, including the glass, and refreshing the glowing embers if the fireplace requires them. We also perform a visual inspection of the system and test the unit for any issues.

Our technician is a National Fireplace Institute Certified Gas Specialist.

Wood Burning Chimney Sweeping

Our wood burning fireplace chimney sweeping appointments include sweeping of the entire chimney and fireplace system. That includes the flue, firebox, and smoke chamber areas. We use a vacuum the whole time to prevent any mess from occurring. (Ash pit areas are not included in our sweeps.) We also perform a visual inspection of the system, including a video scan of the flue if possible.

Pellet Stove Cleaning

Our Pellet stove cleanings include cleaning of the flue, firebox, and any components we can access without causing and damage to the system. (This does not include cleaning the hopper.) We use a vacuum the whole time to prevent any mess from occurring.

Gas Fireplace Diagnostic

Our gas diagnostics include trouble shooting issues to determine the problem.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Our dryer vent cleanings include cleaning the entire vent system from the inlet behind the dryer to the exhaust outlet location, whether that be on the side of the house or on the roof. We use a vacuum the whole time to prevent any mess from occurring.
