Bryce worked meticulously on it for over 3 hours, far longer than a standard cleaning job. He was thorough, technically knowledgeable, thoughtful and pleasant. Despite the job being much bigger than anticipated, he stayed the course until the chimney and stove were like new, and he didn't charge extra for it. He even showed us how to work the pellet stove, since we had never owned one before. He was super clean too! He has that rare quality of providing excellent customer service that we don't see much of any more.”

He was clean, organized and thorough. he checked every wire, every connection and systematically got to the problem and fixed it. He then proceeded the clean the fire box, fittings and glass front. Looked like new.
